1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the morning-mantra.com website for the products offered for sale. By validating your order, you unreservedly accept all of the conditions set out below.
2. Products and Prices
The products sold on Morning Mantra include clothing, accessories and wellness items illustrated with mantras and inspiring messages. All prices are indicated in euros (or in another currency, according to the customer's choice) and include all taxes. Morning Mantra reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of validation of the order.
3. Order
The order is considered accepted upon validation by the customer on the morning-mantra.com website. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Morning Mantra confirms acceptance of the order by email.
4. Payment
Orders are paid for directly online using the secure payment methods offered on the site. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted via an SSL protocol. Payment data is not stored by Morning Mantra.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders placed on Morning Mantra are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after validation. All our orders include a tracking number, allowing the customer to follow the progress of the delivery.
Estimated delivery times are 7-10 business days from dispatch. Morning Mantra endeavours to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of his order to return the product, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Morning Mantra will proceed with the refund within 14 days after receipt of the return.
7. Returns and Refunds
In case of defective or non-compliant product, the customer is invited to contact Morning Mantra via the email address support@morning-mantra.com . Returns must be approved by customer service before shipping. Once the product is received and checked, a refund or exchange may be made depending on the situation.
8. Intellectual property
All elements present on the morning-mantra.com website, including texts, illustrations, logos, images and products are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior agreement of Morning Mantra.
9. Liability
Morning Mantra cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or the inability to use the site. The products offered comply with the laws in force. Morning Mantra cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
10. Personal data
Morning Mantra is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. These are used only for processing orders and to improve customer service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on the site.
11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Dubai will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
12. Modification of the T&Cs
Morning Mantra reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on the site.
