1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products made on the morning-mantra.com website. By accessing our site and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these GTC.
2. Products and Prices
Morning Mantra offers clothing, accessories and wellness items decorated with mantras and inspiring messages. Prices are indicated in euros (or in another currency according to the customer's choice). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order.
3. Order
Validation of your order on morning-mantra.com constitutes unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm receipt and acceptance of your order.
4. Payment
Payments are made online via secure methods offered on our site. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted via SSL protocol. We do not store our customers' credit card data.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders placed on Morning Mantra are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after validation. All our orders include a tracking number, allowing the customer to follow the progress of the delivery.
Estimated delivery times are 7-10 business days from dispatch. Morning Mantra endeavours to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
6. Pre-order
Some of our collections or products are offered on pre-order . This means that these items are not immediately available in stock and that their manufacture or supply is in progress.
Pre-order conditions:
1. Payment: Full payment of the order is required at the time of pre-order. This secures your reservation of the product.
2. Delivery time: An estimate of the delivery time is indicated on the relevant product page. These times are provided for information purposes only and may vary due to production, logistical or unforeseen constraints. Morning Mantra undertakes to keep you informed in the event of a delay.
3. Cancellation: Pre-orders can only be cancelled before production or shipping begins. A cancellation request should be made to our customer service at support@morning-mantra.com.
4. Refund: In the event of cancellation by Morning Mantra (for example, due to unforeseen unavailability), you will be fully refunded.
By validating a pre-order, you accept these specific conditions in addition to these T&Cs.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and in perfect condition. The return costs are your responsibility. Morning Mantra will refund you within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned products.
In accordance with the legislation on online sales, the 14-day right of withdrawal is only valid if the package has been received by the customer . If an address error prevents the receipt of the package and the customer requests a refund, this cannot be granted .
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed items cannot be returned if they have been opened, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact our customer service at support@morning-mantra.com to obtain a return authorization. After receipt and verification of the product, an exchange or refund will be offered as appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
All elements present on the morning-mantra.com website, including texts, illustrations, logos, images and products are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior agreement of Morning Mantra.
10. Liability
Morning Mantra cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or the inability to use the site. The products offered comply with the laws in force. Morning Mantra cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.
11. Personal data
Morning Mantra is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. These are used only for processing orders and to improve customer service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on the site.
12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates. However, for consumers located in the European Union, the protective provisions of consumer law in their country of residence apply in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008. In the event of a dispute, and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's country of residence, in accordance with European consumer protection rules.
13. Modification of the T&Cs
Morning Mantra reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on the site.
